  1. How are you aware that Hess, BW-Hedstrom-149-100-1201H-2, Ellsworth, is producing? This well has not been listed as a confidential producing well. I am curious because I have been following these wells pretty closely.

So, I am curious what I am missing. Thanks

    1. If we're talking about the same well, #28282, it comes off the confidential list tomorrow (Monday); the scout ticket is available. I've posted it above.

  2. You are amazing....what is interesting is that I have a premium subscription and have not found any evidnece that this was producing...which usually shows up in the daily activity reports as confidwntial producing. It is curious how the process works.

    Thank you!

    1. I'm starting to think I made a mistake but that's what the scout ticket shows tonight. Chuckle. Thank you for taking time to write. It's great to hear from readers.

    2. Interesting...I have premier access and jus looked at 28282 scout ticket amd don't see any production and if it produced in. Oct. It doesn't appear it was ever reported as producing....curious...yet next door in section 11 Hes reported 2 outbout of wells producing as last week.

Is this just an issue of paperwork?

    3. I don't know. It's possible different people/offices update paperwork in different spots on the NDIC website (as well as automated updates) and the same data gets reported more quickly in some offices than others. But I really don't know. For it, it's just one of those things.

  3. Interesting.....I have a premium subscription and when I log in I can't see the information you have access to....and when I choose the basic service, which you have, I can't see the info you see....it is still showing as confidential.......so do you have preferential access????? I am curious because I have observed you having info earlier than others.

    Interesting....Thanks

    1. No, nothing special. The scout ticket information above is a "cut and paste" from the NDIC web site, so if it's gone tomorrow or changed tomorrow, I won't be able to explain it. Anyway, I'll be off the net for awhile.

  4. OneOk is showing in their latest Wells Fargo presentation that they will be adding de-ethanizers to the Stateline I & II plants. Another company will build a pipeline, to the Vantage ethane pipeline to Alberta. Maybe Pembina Pipeline builds an extension. The supplier to the Badlands NGLs ethane cracker plant should soon be announced. Maybe OneOK will just be using the Northern Border pipeline to gather gaseous ethane and installing a de-ethanizer plant where the cracker plant goes, probably west of Mandan. That would eliminate the need for a separate ethane pipeline to the cracker plant.
