Understatement

The Bismarck Tribune is reporting:

• in 2007, the state set a goal to double energy production from all sources by 2025
• the goal has been met
• 13 years early

Commission chairman Al Anderson says meeting the goal 13 years early ``is a significant accomplishment'' for the state.

Yes, I would say so. 

This begs the question: where do "we" go from here?
