Denver-based SM Energy Co. announced Wednesday it will seek to market
all of its Anadarko Basin properties, including its interest in the
Granite Wash.
The company has hired an advisor to market assets that include
approximately 56,000 net mineral acres and production of just over 9,000
barrels of oil equivalent per day, including 75 percent natural gas.
The production from these assets represents approximately 8 percent of
the company’s total production in first quarter 2013.
