A group of Seattle, WA entrepreneurs is making its home and building hundreds for others in Williams County.
A ground breaking ceremony was held recently at Fendee Estates located five miles northwest of Williston. The project is being billed as a well-planned Rural Residential Community. The Allstate Peterbilt Group recently broke ground on a new dealership in Williston. The 25,000 square foot facility will offer parts, service and sales. It is located eight miles north of Williston.Buffalo Hills subdivision to open in Watford City

ReplyDeleteSheesh....these guys are from Las Vegas and southwest US. I wonder if they are planning to over-build the area.
No evidence of over-building in Minot at the present time. Personal correspondence suggests this new building is needed for flooding of two (?) years ago; they are still way behind on that. In addition, Air Base personnel are struggling for affordable housing. There is too much activity by companies like HAL and BHI in Minot and yet there is not yet much drilling activity. Something is going on. Look at the size of the airport they plan to build. Government won't fund airports unless they can forecast need.
