I doubt many folks remember "Leonardo Maugeri" ("Maugeri," not "Dicaprio") and his contention that there will be a glut of oil by 2020.

Except that it provides a counter-point to Maugeri's paper, I doubt it's all that exciting to read.
In a fox news interview today, Romney just cited maugeri's work to justify romney's "goal" of north American energy independence.

DeleteBy the way, I could be wrong, but Maugeri was on sabbatical, at Harvard for a year or so writing this paper. Explains a lot. He's more irrationally exuberant about the Bakken than I am. A glut of oil in 2020.
