That Pesky Concern About the EPA and Fracking Keeps Surfacing

One has to wonder how much the coal industry is funding / supporting research on fracking. From a coal article at SeekingAlpha.com:
One possible policy change that might help coal mining is that the environmentalists and the EPA manage to stop hydraulic fracturing of natural gas, which will curb natural gas supply and make dirtier coal a viable option again—a bit ironic, isn't it?

  1. The administration couldn't get cap and trade passed through legislation so the regulators are doing almost the same thing through the abuse of the intent of federal agencies.

The famous quote of the president that there is more than one to skin a cat.

This is the way this administration has operated since day one. All power and authority to a big central government. If I wanted America to fail I would vote for a second term. The only thing they are good at is swinging the wrecking ball at the US economy.

    1. You are absolutely correct. I am reading several books about Soviet Russia in the 1930's and it is amazing how central planning then and things we are seeing in this country now are very similar. There really is an anti-business / anti-capitalism "tone" in Washinton, DC.
