EPA To End Lawsuit Against Innocent Bystander

It's a long, long story. I can't remember if I've blogged about it before, but it's pretty much "guilt by association."

"Fracking" is in play and that's why the EPA went after the oil company.

Turns out out to be another bum rap by the EPA.
