49ers! All the way....The Little Engine That Could....The resurrection of Alex Smith. It's shaping up to be a great week-end of Football and an excellent Super Bowl no matter the participants.
Don't write off the 49-rs quite yet as they may be the suprise Super Bowl team this year. I say there is a good possibility that Manning & Co. gets edged on this one. The Patriots will demolish whoever they play.
I do hope it's a close game between the 49-ers and the Giants. And of the two games, this should be the more interesting. Somehow I haven't "connected" with the Ravens this year.
I agree; I had no idea the games yesterday would be so close. I thought the spread would be 10 points for at least one of them, and certainly no overtime expected, and both should have gone into overtime.
I still think there's a significant difference between Brady and Manning. This probably is as good a match-up as we've seen over the years. I think it's great for the middle school and high school students watching who enjoy the NFL. Good solid role models (as far as professional sports go).
