Triangle Petroleum Is Getting a Bit More Active -- The Bakken, North Dakota, USA

December 20, 2011: getting more active -- Triangle has permits for a 3-well pad in Ellsworth oil field. Ellsworth is a 36-section (one township) oil field near the bull's eye of the Bakken. It is located about five miles south of Arnegard, southwest of Watford City.

    I like this company long term...looks like they have good acreage, less than 45,000,000 million shares issued, leaving them plenty of room for secondaries to fund operations as needed w/o diluting the shares too heavily...they remind me of KOG a couple years ago, but with a much smaller float.

    1. Triangle claimed to have successfully drilled the Dwyer well yet there is no wellhead everything removed from location. Its my family's well does anyone have answer for that? Also the status of the well on this page is confidential.

    2. File number 21452 is Triangle's Dwyer well southeast of Alexander, North Dakota.

      Do you have a link or source verifying that Triangle said they were successful? This is a great area, and I'm sure they will be successful; to what degree, hard to say.
