Fields: Spotted Horn, Ray, McGregory Buttes.

Four of the five ERF wells will be on a single pad, McGregory Buttes, 23-148-94, Dunn County.
The Hess permit is in Ray field.

Two wells came of the confidential list:

• Oasis' Ruud 5493 42-23H with no data, and
• XTO's Michael State 31X-16, in Williams County, with an IP of 1,027 bbls.
