Heart of the Bakken -- Commission Still Approving Man-Camps, But Showing Some Resistance

The Williams County Planning and Zoning Commission voted to recommend approval of several new temporary housing facilities during its meeting Tuesday morning.

But commissioners also began showing signs of growing resistance, during a meeting that lasted just minutes shy of six hours, to allowing camps as readily as it has in the past.

Some requests denied outright; others trimmed back.
