If the link is broken, this is the story about a Texas commission ruling that low-level radioactive waste can be "dumped" along a remote Texas-Mexico waste site.
Remember, the definition of "bad" has acquired multiple meanings over the years.
There is so much to say about this ruling, but I don't have time. Maybe tomorrow I will have time.
