  1. this crowd of non-elected Bureaucrats are more Dangerous then Congress.. at least with congress we the people can vote them out. These folks just follow the directions of the President.

  2. It's frustrating to see the EPA basically ignoring the will of the people. While I do believe we need to consider our environment, a little common sense would be nice. Thanks for your posts.

  3. My hunch is new Senate will look into this.

    Also, this creates a lot of uncertainty going forward; if Obama is not re-elected in 2012, one can be sure the next president will sign an executive order reversing anything the EPA does like this, thereby causing more chaos in the energy arena.
