It's been more than two years since North Dakota voted to legalize medical marijuana and now Williston is a couple months away from seeing its implementation. Last week, city commission members voted unanimously to approve the application submitted by the company Harvest to begin setting up shop. The new Harvest of Williston facility will be located in the strip mall on 26th St. E, next to Smiling Moose Deli and Glow."Retired" is the operative word here, I suppose.
Tourists will now know why the moose is smiling.
