Huge News! EPA Withdraws WOTUS Rule -- July 10, 2017

With Native Americans claiming ownership of all waterways across the US and the US Army Corps of Engineers not far behind, it was refreshing to see this headline: EPA officially withdraws WOTUS rule. From The Dickinson Press:
The Environmental Protection Agency and the Army Corps of Engineers have filed an official proposal to withdraw the 2015 Waters of the U.S. Rule due to the concerns of rural America. EPA now begins a replacement rulemaking process re-evaluating the definition of WOTUS in the Clean Water Act and gathering input from stakeholders.
It would be nice if Congress would codify any new EPA rules under the Trump administration so they are not easily undone if he's a "one and done" president.

So glad Hillary is not running the EPA.
