- Comments: first permit in a long time outside the best Bakken -- in Park oil field in Billings County, southwest North Dakota; it's a great spot for Whiting, but it's not the Sanish or the area around Watford City; also see the significance of the new CLR Bridger permit in Rattlesnake Point oil field at this post.
