Fourteen (14) new permits --

• Operators: Hess (47), Emerald (3), Hunt (2), Corinthian (2),
• Fields: Little Tank (McKenzie), Sandrocks (McKenzie), North Souris (Bottineau), Foreman Butte (McKenzie), Alger (Mountrail).
• Comments: Emerald seems to be getting a bit active

Wells coming off the confidential list today were posted earlier; see sidebar at the right.

Twenty-two (22) permits were renewed, including:

• Six Statoil locations
• Four KOG Skunk Creek locations
• Four Marathon locations
• Three HRC Fort Berthold locations

Samson Resources cancelled two permits, both in Divide County, section 21-162-96:

Three producing wells were completed:
