This video has nothing to do with the Bakken but I thought this post needed a bit of music. It's a long story how I got here/why I posted this song, but for the granddaughters: Harold Payne --> Bobby Womack --> Sam Cooke.

    Whenever I see or hear the name Sam Cooke, I am always reminded of the beautiful, soulful ballad "A Change is Gonna Come," with remakes by the Allman Brothers et al, but never with the same depth to which Sam could deliver.

      Thank you. I prefer "Chain Gang," but "A Change is Gonna Come" certainly fits the site better. Thank you.
