Wow: Mild Temperatures in the Bakken -- The Williston Basin, North Dakota, USA

I see it got up to 46 degrees yesterday in Williston, North Dakota, the heart of the Bakken, assuming I'm not misreading the weather chart. 

It will dip a bit early this week and then up again in a few days. Incredible.

    Here is a 15 day forecast for Williston. Only three low below zero, one -1F and the final days -3F -8F which is probably based on historical lows.

    Oil companies and production should stay on schedule. I'm still expecting a severe late February, March.
