I posted the story about a Texas company announcing plans to invest $100 million in Williams County with a new oil loading rail facility and pipeline connector.
Because there is so much happening in the Bakken, I didn't give this story the "oomph" I would normally do.
So, I updated the article, and for those interested, recommending it be looked at again.
A $100 million investment by a new company in the Bakken deserves a second look.
